Procom is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Analyst to join our client's dynamic team in the utilities sector. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness through systematic organizational studies and improvements.

Job Summary: The Organizational Analyst will be responsible for conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and implementing changes to help management operate more efficiently and effectively. This position plays a key role in developing metrics and maintaining business requirements for both technology-driven and process-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize information on organizational problems or procedures.
• Analyze collected data, develop solutions, and propose alternative methods for system or procedural enhancements.
• Engage with personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
• Design and evaluate forms and reports, recommending and approving changes to optimize operations.
• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies to enhance productivity.
• Prepare operational manuals and train staff on new systems or procedures.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure clear understanding of changes and improvements.
• Provide analysis on business costs and operational performance to support strategic decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or another quantitative field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and analytical methods.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP.
• Background in finance or accounting.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or Economics.
